A few days of recce by various combatants like smaller pods of dolphins cruising through one day, some terns, then a few days later everyone got the email, it’s on! A gannet vortex of dive bombing, rising back up, and diving again. Underneath baitfish bedlam. And where was this, out past Gt Barrier? No. Little Barrier/Anchorite? No. Mid ground, no. Within good eyesight/easy bino of people nestling down and preparing dinner for the evening along the Auckland north shore, and the Coasters too.
